Shipping Costs
On Italian territory, the shipping costs are free for all orders over €59.00, except for any active free shipping promotions.
For smaller orders or in the absence of promotions, the shipping cost will be indicated during the checkout phase and will vary based on the destination.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

The tracking code to track the package until delivery

The courier will carry out two delivery attempts.
For each unsuccessful attempt you will receive a email notification.
After the second delivery attempt, the package will automatically enter stock at the courier's office.
Only the Donum customer service will be able to proceed to the shipment release and request a new delivery for the next business day.
📍 Failure to Deliver or Unavailability
In case of:
* incorrect or incomplete address
* recipient unavailable
* failure to withdraw after the second attempt
Any storage or new shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

📑 Delivery Completed and Responsibilities
Delivery is considered complete when the courier records delivery at the address indicated during the order.
From that moment, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.
Couriers may deliver the package to anyone present at the address (family members, concierge, or authorized neighbor). This delivery is considered valid.
❓ Package Shows “Delivered” but Not Received
If the tracking says “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service within 48/72 hours.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
No refunds or new shipments will be issued until the investigation is concluded.
