This notice contains the legal terms and conditions that govern the site www.donumpio.com, by accessing the site users undertake to accept and agree to comply with all the conditions contained in this declaration.
DONUM reserves the right to ask users who do not accept or do not intend to respect these terms to refrain from using the website.
Access to the site and its services is intended for personal use only.
www.donumpio.com is owned by DONUM srls.
DONUM may modify the contents of the site at any time, including the commercial conditions expressed therein, without having to give any notice.
DONUM declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunction thereof, the colours of the products displayed on the site may present slight differences compared to the original ones.
Terms of sale
The sale of products contained in the virtual catalogues on the web page www.donumpio.com is regulated by the following General Conditions of Sale formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside of commercial premises and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206 (Consumer Code). DONUM is authorised to manage an e-commerce system for the sale of products.
The sales contract can be concluded in the following languages: Italian and English.
Contractors
The sales contract will be deemed to be made between:
DONUM srls with registered office in P.zza Santissima Annunziata, 82020 PIETRELCINA (BN), Italy, VAT number 01853920625 and registration in the REA 306238 of the Chamber of Commerce of Benevento.
customer: the person (natural or legal person) who has transmitted an order via the website www.donumpio.com which has been accepted by DONUM.
The application of any other contractual conditions is excluded, even if not expressly disavowed by DONUM.
Application of the general conditions of sale
Before making a purchase, the Customer is invited to carefully read these General Conditions and is authorised to store, reproduce, download a copy and/or print them.

By completing the formalities required to place the purchase order, the Customer declares that he has read the formalities and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale.
The general conditions of sale may be modified over time by DONUM and any modifications will become valid upon publication on the site.
The conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply to each contract.
Service Features
Description of the sale of products
The service for the sale of Products activated on the Site includes registration, access to the selections, the choice of Products, the online transmission of the purchase order and the possible online acceptance of the purchase order, in compliance with Articles 50 to 61 of the Consumer Code.
Registration
The service is active regardless of registration, which is optional.
The customer who intends to register can complete his/her registration by sending “username” and “password”.
The Customer who does not wish to register can still complete the purchase by providing only the data necessary for the delivery and invoicing of the order.
Purchase and/or registration imply acceptance of the General Conditions indicated above which regulate the contract for the supply of the Products, as well as consent to the processing of one's personal data.
In the event of registration, the Customer is required to keep the password with the utmost diligence, undertaking not to allow the use of the service by third parties not expressly authorised by him, for whose online behaviour he assumes full responsibility.
In the event of loss, theft or misplacement of the password, the Customer will have the right to activate the procedure for issuing a new password on the Site.
Purchase order
Each purchase order received by DONUM must clearly contain information regarding the Product code, its description, quantity, address and name of the recipient.
The ordering procedure on the Site provides the possibility of identifying and correcting data entry errors before submitting the purchase order.
The purchase order sent by the Customer constitutes a binding contractual proposal for the Customer pursuant to Art. 1326 of the Civil Code.
To confirm receipt of the order, DONUM will send the Customer a summary email to the email address indicated in the registration.
The email in question is for information purposes only pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and does not constitute acceptance of the order by DONUM.
Acceptance of the purchase order and conclusion of the sales contract DONUM reserves the unquestionable right to accept or not the purchase order forwarded by the Customer.
The order will be confirmed by a subsequent email from DONUM which, without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, undertakes to process the Customer's order without delay and in any case no later than 7 days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order.
It is understood that the execution of the order is subject to the actual availability of the Products.
In the event of unavailability of the Product and/or in the event of non-acceptance of the order, DONUM will promptly inform the Customer and refund the same if payment has already been made.
In such case the Customer will not be entitled to any other compensation or reimbursement.
Orders placed by persons who have not reached the age of majority will not be accepted.
Regarding the method of archiving the sales contract, the latter will be archived on the Site, in the appropriate section (Conditions of Sale) and the Customer will be able to access it at any time by following the viewing procedure on the Site.
Product Features
The Products are depicted in the online Catalogue in such a way as to correspond, as closely as possible, to the exact characteristics possessed.
The published images having the value of generic information material may not correspond exactly to reality.
The Products depicted in the online Catalogue may be purchased until stocks run out, without prejudice to the fact that DONUM reserves the right not to make certain Products available at any time and/or to modify their characteristics.
DONUM also reserves the right to update the online Catalogue at any time, modifying the range, prices and number of products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers can cancel their online purchase without stating a reason within 14 days of delivery. For a single order delivered separately, the cancellation period begins upon delivery of the last item.
Returns are not available for products made to order or clearly personalized, such as with an engraving requested by the customer. Legal warranty rights remain unaffected.
HOW TO COMMUNICATE THE WITHDRAWAL
It is sufficient to send, before the deadline, an explicit declaration of the intention to withdraw to info@donumpio.com, to the PEC donum@pec.it or by mail to:

Please include your name, order number, and the products you wish to return. Returns do not require prior authorization.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Products must be returned to the above address within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend protective packaging, returning the packages and accessories received, and tracking your shipment, keeping your receipt.
The customer may examine and test the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. They are only liable for any diminished value resulting from subsequent handling, unless they have been informed of their right of withdrawal.
Any damage will be documented and the loss of value will be assessed concretely, without automatic penalties.
REIMBURSEMENT
DONUM will refund the amount paid without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Unless you have offered to collect the goods directly, DONUM may withhold the refund until you receive the products or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The refund includes the costs of the initial standard delivery, but not any additional charges for more expensive delivery methods chosen by the customer.
The same payment method used for the purchase will be used, unless otherwise expressly agreed and at no cost to the customer.
